I found the discussion really interesting, mainly because many in my group echoed my sentiments about the class and web 2.0 resources. Everyone was very articulate and often more eloquent than myself about the issues. There were two topics that really stood out for me.
1) How do we keep up with all the new technologies and resources out there? No definite answers there, but perhaps by broadening your personal network (peers and colleagues), when somebody stumbles upon a new resource they will share with others. That would hopefully get the word out.
2) How do you incorporate the technologies with students that do not have access at home or if you have limited access at school? In the past, I've designed activities that can be done traditionally or with use of the computer. However, what do you do with the student that does not have computer access, but you are requiring them to comment on a blog? The solution will probably be unique for that student.
It is just good to know that there are many others out there that feel the same way about the new technologies out there and are excited about trying to incorporate a few into there teaching practices.
